Terms and conditions

  • 1. Definitions

  • Artwork means any painting, drawing, sculpture, digital art, or other work of art that is offered for sale on the website.

  • Customer means any person who purchases Artwork from the website.

  • Seller means the owner of the website and the seller of the Artwork.

  • UK means the United Kingdom.

  • 2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use the website.

  • 3. Ownership of Artwork

The Seller retains all ownership rights to the Artwork, including the copyright. The Customer does not acquire any ownership rights to the Artwork by purchasing it from the website.

  • 4. Price and Payment

The price of the Artwork is as set forth on the website. The Customer must pay for the Artwork in full at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

  • 5. Shipping and Delivery

The Seller will ship the Artwork to the Customer's address in the UK. The Seller will ship the Artwork within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

  • 6. Returns and Refunds

The Customer may return the Artwork for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The Artwork must be in perfect condition in its original packaging. The Seller will refund the purchase price of the Artwork, minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • 7. Intellectual Property

The Customer agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Artwork. The Customer also agrees not to use the Artwork for any commercial purpose.

  • 8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Customer's use of the Artwork.

  • 9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • 10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

  • 11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • 12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

  • 13. Notices

All notices and other communications under these Terms and Conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United Kingdom mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

  • 14. Headings

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

  • 15. Counterparts

These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

In addition to the above, the following terms and conditions apply specifically to the sale of physical art prints in the UK:

  • The Seller warrants that the Artwork is free from any defects in materials or workmanship.

  • The Seller warrants that the Artwork will be delivered to the Customer in good condition.

  • The Seller is not liable for any damage to the Artwork that occurs during shipping.

  • The Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on the Artwork.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.

16 Every canvas is unique and original. Art In Your Parts promises and guarantees that the digital file for will be destroyed as soon as a canvas is sold. There will never be more than one copy. 


ArtInYourParts Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Art In Your Parts respects your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name.

  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

  • We do NOT collect or see your financial data. 

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • To process and deliver your order including: managing payments, fees and charges; collecting and recovering money owed to us.

  • To manage our relationship with you which will include: notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy; asking you to leave a review or take a survey.

We will not share your data with any other entity for any reason.
